Inner Dialogue
Dialogo Interno focuses on two long-exposure, black-and-white self-portraits that deeply explore the complexity of human experience, thought, and identity. This photographic series investigates extreme emotional states such as pain, the desire to disappear, rebirth, and self-knowledge. The images stem directly from two vivid and evocative dreams of mine, in which I experienced a profound confrontation with myself, transforming the oneiric experience into pure visual matter.
Through the technique of dilated time, these works visually manifest the interconnectivity of spirit, mind, and body, understood as a complex and indivisible unity. I thus confront my own shadow, embracing every part that defines me to bring forth a message of self-acceptance, integrity, and transformation. The poetic core of the project lies precisely within this intimate dialogue—between the strong self and the vulnerable self—reflecting on how thoughts can either sustain or condemn us, and how self-compassion is a form of courage necessary to face the outside world.

Metamorphosis
captures a moment of transition between the tangible and the intangible, suggesting that our corporeal existence is merely a temporary veil concealing a subtler, spiritual reality. It invites reflection on the ephemeral nature of life and the cyclical processes of transformation.

Private Introspections
draws direct inspiration from my dreamscapes to address the theme of self-exploration. This image urges the viewer to explore and accept every corner of the psyche, recognizing that personal authenticity and wholeness can only be achieved by integrating all elements of oneself.
